This Genius program was designed to allow students a safer, exciting and more vital way to learn. Not only that, but also allow teachers to express their love and passion for teaching. Through this unique platform, the teachers can educate students from all over the world. Plus you’ll be able to set your own earning potential. (Our payment structure will be explained below)
Since the Pandemic started, more states have allocated funds for homeschooling. Below are links to check out and to see if your state has these funds. This is an awesome marketing tool to help you establish your student base. As soon as your approved for our program, you’ll then get access to your back office, through out FMS Vortex System. Through there you will have your own zoom link and training on how to set up your YouTube channel.
Your YouTube Channel
Your YouTube Channel is where you will introduce yourself, show your unique style and technique in the grades and subjects you teach. We still want good quality education, but we also want excitement, enthusiasm and uniqueness while presenting your subject matter to your students. Keep in mind that your ability to attract to the potential students and parents determines your pay. The more you appeal you have while presenting yourself as a teacher, the greater your potential to earn more.
We are branding our Teachers and are looking to get them EXPOSURE. This is going to drive Students to them DIRECTLY in some cases and they will be receiving Compensation for it.

Pay Structure for Our Online Teachers:
Like with any Job or Program, you want to know what the pay will be. This is no different. You will be an Independent Contractor, and your pay is exceptional and naturally up to you. You can make as much as you have time for. Each of our classes max out at 500 students, with your ability to teach multiple subjects and grades; your pay is only inhibited by your ability to draw students to you.
Plus with our FMS Vortex platform you also gain access to our other programs that you can market. So you get access to the teaching platform, promote it to friends, family and advertise yourself, and through the FMS Vortex you have access to those inside programs as well. As an Independent Contractor the choice is really up to you, as is your earning potential which is virtually limitless.
Below is our Pay Structure that is set up for our online teachers program;
- When the Student Accesses a Class, $10 is Credited to the Wallet of the Teacher per student per call per month. So if they are teaching 100 students in a session, it is $1000 for that Session for the month. 500 would be $5000.00. And so on. Max we allow is 500. More need to go to a different Class or Teacher. By Design.
- No Break in pay. Pay structure set up on a 12-month pay cycle.
- Students permitted to Attend up to 5 Classes Daily Grades 1 through 8.
- Students Permitted to Attend up to 6 Classes Daily Grades 9 thru 12
- Pay structure will be setup in the FMS vortex system. Your zoom classroom fees will be covered upon signup. training for YouTube will be given as well as instruction on the curriculum material.
- As part of the FMS vortex platform, you can also earn more money by promoting the goods and serves offered in this program as well. You have the potential to build a huge customer base or even partnerships and teams for not only in the United States but throughout the world.
Requirements and Criteria For Application:
We want our Online Education platform to be different and exceptional compared to any other platform. So want to make sure that our teachers, tutors and instructors are exceptional as well. We are looking for compassionate, loving, enthusiastic and educated teachers for our program. No room for someone just looking for a paycheck and no couch potatoes either.
The way this program is setup, if you are not exceptional, you will not make the money you are looking for. Remember, your attraction is what will draw the students to you. Although we will have marketing to get the student base into the program, whether they select you as the teacher is strictly in your hands. Remember, you get paid per student. Not per class.

The Criteria We’re Looking For in our Online Teachers;
- A 4-year degree in teaching
- Must have experience in the teaching field, College graduates and Retired Teachers encouraged to apply.
- Must really love teaching and have something unique to offer outside the ordinary. We’re not looking for someone to sit on the couch and earn a check.
- You will need to join the FMS Vortex, through DTCA. This is the payment structure that we will use.
- You will need to create a YouTube channel and video highlighting your unique qualifications, talents and introduce yourself to your potential students and their families. (Training and instruction will be given)
- Dedication and commitment to the program and students.
- Willingness to be above reproach and to set a higher standard in education from the traditional school systems.
